A woman with long, curly brown hair, wearing a brown top and a white and black patterned shawl, sitting on an ornate, wooden bench with a red brick wall behind her, smiling at the camera.

Karla Diaz, MA, LPCC

Bilingual Therapist

Karla believes that what feels like a threat can often become a challenge when we have the right support and resources. She has extensive experience working with Spanish-speaking immigrants, first-generation Americans, and individuals navigating C-PTSD, self-esteem struggles, and identity development.

Drawing from Hakomi, Gestalt, and somatic approaches, Karla helps clients gently untangle emotional and body-based patterns, reconnect with their strengths, and cultivate a more integrated sense of self. She is also deeply interested in spiritual emergence and the integration of altered states of consciousness.
