Good Faith Estimates


In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services if you are paying out-of-pocket or are uninsured. We are happy to provide one at any time.

Cancellation Policy

To honor the time and commitment of our clinicians, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
