Byanca works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She has a special passion for supporting young adults, first-generation college students, and individuals navigating the emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
With training in Art Therapy, Byanca uses creative expression as a path to insight, helping clients process experiences that may be difficult to express in words. Through imagery, symbolism, and emotional exploration, she helps individuals rediscover their resilience, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move toward lasting healing.
