As a Latina/Mexican therapist, Diana is committed to providing culturally sensitive and affirming services that support Latina/o adults in navigating life’s challenges. She recognizes the profound influence of cultural background, generational experiences, and family dynamics on mental health and overall well-being. Diana believes that each individual carries unique strengths and works collaboratively with clients to deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and support meaningful growth. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the complexities of everyday life.

Diana’s therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). By blending these modalities, she tailors her care to meet each client’s specific needs, ensuring therapy that is both effective and culturally grounded.
