Pronouns: He, Him
I am a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Denver, with a strong commitment to providing culturally responsive care to individuals from all backgrounds. As a Black/African American therapist-in-training, I am especially passionate about supporting clients as they navigate concerns related to identity, racial trauma, anxiety, and depression—while honoring the resilience and strength that emerge from diverse lived experiences.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel empowered to explore their stories and work toward healing on their own terms. I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult, and I prioritize building a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued.
Ultimately, my goal is to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and growth—offering tools and insights that reflect and respect who they are.
