I am a second-year graduate student in Naropa University’s Somatic Counseling, Body Psychotherapy program. Somatic work integrates information from the body to inform how we understand our present moment experience. I believe that the wisdom of the body is one of our greatest allies in the healing process. I am committed to cultivating a supportive environment for clients to explore their unique experience and healing journey.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, somatic, mindfulness-based, and social justice-oriented. I am deeply inspired by body-centered modalities, such as somatic experiencing, and Internal Family Systems parts work
