Pronouns: She, They
I am a second-year graduate student in Naropa University’s Transpersonal Art Therapy program. I received a BA in Religious Studies at Cal Poly Humboldt-- focusing on studying humanity through the lens of their beliefs. I have a holistic, client centered, and culturally sensitive approach where I focus on mindfulness-based and art-based interventions within the session. This includes meditation, focusing on the here-and-now, and using color, line, and shape to describe experiences. I use a client-centered approach where the priority is the client and their self-expressed desires for therapy. I am passionate about inclusivity, and I have a willingness to discuss the realities of intersectional identities.
