Pronouns: She, Her, Ella
Nataly is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through their healing journey. As a first-generation Latina therapist in training, she brings a compassionate and culturally attuned perspective to her work. She recognizes the impact of intergenerational trauma, migration stress, and the stigma surrounding mental health in Latine families. With deep cultural understanding, she helps clients navigate these challenges while honoring their heritage and personal strengths.
Nataly is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and genuinely supportive space where clients can feel safe, seen and heard. She is especially committed to working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including veterans and first-responders. She understands the profound and lasting impact trauma can have, and she approaches this work with sensitivity, care, and respect for each person’s story. She believes in meeting clients where they are, walking alongside them with empathy and authenticity. Her counseling style is collaborative and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing.
